Away from the city’s rush, Evoke brings dance, theatre, music, poetry, storytelling, workshops and experiential arts into a space shaped by open architecture and nature. Beyond performances and events, it opens pathways to learn and deepen one’s engagement with the arts, guided by experienced practitioners and teachers.

A Vision Takes Shape
Evoke Centre for Arts began its journey with its first space on Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.
2020–2022
A Quiet Pause
The pandemic brought performances to a halt, and Evoke remained closed for nearly three years.
2023
A Larger Vision
The vision for Evoke was born, and the thoughtful process of designing a space around artists and audiences began. Evoke returned with a significantly larger space, thoughtfully designed around the needs of artists and audiences.
2025
Doors Opened to Artists
Envisioned as a vibrant home for diverse artistic expression, exchange, and experience. Throughout the year, artists from varied practices began finding their way to Evoke, each bringing a different perspective, discipline, and way of engaging with art.
